We are an experienced Malaysian Energy Service Company (ESCO) registered with Malaysia Green Technology Corporation (formerly known as Pusat Tenaga Malaysia) and Malaysia Association of Energy Service Companies (MAESCO) offering a comprehensive range of innovative Energy Efficiency Solutions to Clients.

We are housed with best in class technology through ARCHIBUS Total Infrastructure Facilities Management System (TIFM) to provide a seamless lifecycle facilities management solution.

Quadruple ISO certified organization that is certified in MS ISO9001:2015 (QMS: Quality Management System),ISO18001:2007 (OHSAS: Occupational Health and Safety) MS ISO14001: 2015 (EMS: Environmental Management System), and MS ISO50001: 2011 (EnMS: Energy Management System).

FIRST Facilities Management Specialist to be certified with 3 services within a MS ISO 9001:2008 and they are (1) Facilities Management, (2) Energy Services, (3) Design & Development of District Cooling & Thermal Energy Storage Systems by Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM). SIRIM is a national organization for standards, quality and as a promoter of technological excellence in the Malaysian industry.

FIRST in Asia (apart from Japan) to undertake design and build of a Central District Cooling System with Thermal Energy Storage for Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia.

Our customers, our staffs, our vendor & sub-contractors, our robust processes and technologies are those elements who can and should be connected always. When these possibles and Internet of Things [IoT] are connected, we can now enhance sales of our contracts, providing delightful and value add services and imparting an awesome experience to our customers and our people. We connect our stakeholders who align with our business philosophy and corporate charters to make our businesses possible for a win-win solution for all.



2. CONNECTING the IMPOSSIBLES

Can we really achieve something that is impossible to happen?
The answer is YES. We are looking into a continual engagement with those impossible elements.
